Swim Teacher Mentee Program
The Mentee Program is a supportive 12-week journey designed to help you build the skills, confidence, and know-how to become a qualified Swim Teacher. By the end of the program, you’ll earn a nationally recognised Swim Teacher qualification and be ready to step into work opportunities across the aquatic industry.
While AquaUnity doesn’t offer direct employment, the program opens doors to roles at local swim schools, community pools, and aquatic centres. It’s also about strengthening our communities, graduates often bring valuable language skills, cultural knowledge, and lived experience that help aquatic facilities feel more welcoming, inclusive, and connected to the people they serve.
Our 12-week Mentee Program is held every Wednesday starting 25 February 2026 – 29 April 2026
